Survivors Alliance for Growth and Employment | Survivor-made in Pennsylvania

Survivors Alliance for Growth and Employment (SAGE) provides employment, mentorship, and job training in a Christ-centered environment for women who are survivors of human trafficking and sexual trauma.

Our employment program provides survivors with a job, vocational training, and mentorship while they prepare themselves to reenter the workforce. The SAGE workshop is specifically designed for recovery, with trauma-informed staff to help each woman learn how to navigate the workplace successfully.

Our case management program equips survivors with the necessary skills and resources to stabilize their lives. We connect women with housing, transportation, childcare and other needed services so that they are able to work and become self-sufficient.

Our career development program connects survivors with meaningful employment opportunities that align with their skills and aspirations.  We guide each woman through the process of making long and short term career goals and facilitate each woman’s journey towards permanent, sustainable employment.
