Beautiful product for a great cause. This is the second wallet we have purchased from you. Once on site. Second was an in-state shipment. Very disappointing. Product took several weeks and didn't get here to give as a birthday present. Enjoyed the phone call as a followup but still didn't please me as a returning customer.

We are an extremely small husband-and-wife-run business, and this order came in while we were away celebrating our son’s golden birthday. We did our best to communicate our temporary closure and delayed fulfillment through a pop-up on our website, signage at our store, multiple social media posts, and updated hours on Google, Yelp, and other platforms. We also called you personally when we realized you may have missed those notices, and we appreciated your understanding during that conversation. We arrived home late at night on the 15th and had your order in the mail by the 16th. It took a total of 9 business days from the day you ordered the item to when it was delivered.
That said, we completely understand that receiving a gift after the birthday is disappointing, and we are sorry the timing did not work out as you had hoped. We are grateful that you chose to purchase from us again, and we hope the quality of the wallet and the story behind the hands that made it will make it a meaningful gift when it is given.
