Care: Wash with soapy water after use. Pat dry with a cloth and allow to air dry. Lemon can be used to take away any smell that seeps into the wood. Apply food grade mineral oil to wood to maintain the quality of the wood. Do not soak in water for extended periods of time. Do not put dishwasher.
