Meet The Farmers ABOCFA (which stands for Aponoapono Biakoye Organic Cocoa Farmer’ Association) is an organic and Fair Trade certified cooperative that is known for producing the highest quality and most transparently traded cocoa in the region. These farmers are paid 43% more than local market rates, and audited regularly to ensure high ethical practices are maintained on the farms, as well as complete traceability for their cacao beans. From Bean To Bar, lovingly crafted by hand, small-batch chocolate is our passion. We carefully roast, winnow, and refine cacao direct from the source.

I love the salty, sweet mix of the Sea Salt Dark Chocolate bar. It's the perfect little treat just for yourself or a lovely gift to share. It's on my top pick list.
If you really love the rich flavor of cocoa, then you’re in for a treat! It’s super rich and the sea salt is subtle enough that it’s not overpowering.
Personally I prefer a little less dark chocolate flavor and more of a sweeter chocolate.
Other than that, it was pretty good.
