Tirza Designs creates survivor-made jewelry with a simple but powerful belief: economic dignity creates lasting change.

Named after Tirzah, a woman who boldly stood up for her right to inherit property thousands of years ago, Tirza exists to help women build lives of independence, dignity, and opportunity through meaningful work.

Today, Tirza employs women who have experienced war, displacement, trauma, exploitation, and other circumstances that put them at risk. Through employment and entrepreneurship, these women are given the opportunity to use their skills, earn an income, and build a more stable future.

Tirza calls this peace through employment. Rather than pity, they offer opportunity. Rather than charity, they create economic pathways that empower women to build.
