Founded in 1966 by Sr. Juliaan Mullie, a Belgian nun, SAFFY creates sustainable livelihoods for women and youth in underserved Manila communities. The organization connects approximately 70 artisan workshops to global markets while providing educational programs, vocational training, healthcare, and financial assistance. SAFFY's in-house design team collaborates with artisan groups to develop innovative products. As a WFTO member and partner with leading Philippine and Asian fair trade organizations, SAFFY directly employs over 1,000 people, including 40 production staff, ensuring meaningful economic impact across the region.
